POD Test Animation

For this test animation I decided to work with my page turn. Feeling that this was going to be one of the more difficult parts and important parts of the animation, I wanted to try and get this part done so I could work out any problems I might have later on. I was able to figure out how to do the page turn, but there were still some glitches so I went back in to fix the problems.

The Project Overview

To animate and render a :10-:15 test of a section of the POD PSA project.

Project Objective

To test a difficult or complex section of the PSA animation and/or to test

compositing or rendering with an eye towards the final PSA project. Each

student must determine how best to use this test to help them achieve their goals

for the final project.

Technical Specifications

Build project at 1920 X 1080, 29.97 FPS.

Output movies at half res: 960 X 540

Quicktime Movie w/H264 compression.

Name files: first initial, last name_E3_v01.mov

Example: jpublic_E2_v01.mov

Deliverables:

- Exploration 3 is due on Thursday 3/1. Please turn in you C4D and AE projects

along with your movie file to your “Exploration 3” folder on the webshare.

- Throughout Exploration 3 process: Post updates to your blog including; a recap

of the brief, your plan of action, critique notes, interim tests, process notes, and

final project, etc.
